Zoom Fibre is seeking a Junior Systems Administrator to provide first-line systems administration support under the IT and Systems Operations Manager. You will help monitor and secure business systems including Microsoft 365, Azure basics, CRM and SharePoint, perform routine health checks, patching and change controls, and log incidents with accurate documentation.
This role requires 1–2 years of IT experience and ITIL knowledge.
