Junior Customer Engineer, FS

• Provision of routine hardware service, or ‘remote’ diagnostic activities, under close supervision
• Maintain the configuration management system
• Perform the full range of tasks associated with operating and controlling installed hardware and software
• Install or remove hardware and/or software following supplied instructions
• Support fellow technicians using remote tools

• Minimum 2-years’ experience in attending to, and installing of, hardware solutions within the Retail Environment
• COMPTIA Microsoft Systems Associate or Engineer (MCSA or MCSE);
  Linux LPIC (1 and
  2), Certified Linux Administrator or CompTIA Linux+
• Drivers Licence and Reliable Vehicle - both required

Demonstrates expertise in hardware installation and maintenance within a retail environment, alongside proficiency in configuration management and remote diagnostic support. Holds relevant certifications to validate technical skills in Microsoft and Linux systems.
