Mid​/Senior Data Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the central intake point for ad-hoc data and reporting requests across the wider group and various departments.

• Locate, extract, and assimilate data from disparate internal systems, ensuring it is checked, transformed, and structured correctly.

• Package and deliver data in a relatable, transparent method that tells a clear story to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proactively engage with new suppliers to obtain data as required by the business and manage the relationship and receipt of data and or change requirements with Service providers.

• Apply rigorous attention to detail to validate data accuracy and consistency before it leaves your desk.

• Proactively identify data gaps or anomalies, utilising a calculating and logical approach to resolve complex data puzzles efficiently.

• Partner with Business Analysis, Client Support, and operational teams to understand the commercial context behind data requests.

• Manage delivery timelines and keep stakeholders informed.
