Responsibilities- Administer, configure, and maintain the Salesforce FSC Platform
- Manage user provisioning, data integrity, and system performance
- Support integration with other platforms and contribute to system enhancements
- Investigate and resolve Salesforce-related issues
- Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology - Computer Science or Information Management
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
