The Junior Network Specialist Intern will gain hands‑on experience in networking, IT operations, and infrastructure. The intern will assist in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing network performance while working alongside experienced professionals.
Responsibilities- Assist with network maintenance and optimization
- Provide first-line support for IT-related incidents
- Help monitor and maintain network devices (routers, switches, access points)
- Support troubleshooting network connectivity issues for users and devices
- Assist in network performance monitoring and reporting
- Help manage and optimize wireless network coverage and performance
- Completed diploma/degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Certifications like CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or CompTIA Network+ (Advantageous)
