Introduction

IT Ecommerce - Website Functional Administrator (Pepkor Lifestyle Corporate) We are looking for a dynamic and focused Website Functional Administrator to join our Digital department, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for websites. If you are interested in retail, marketing automation, front-end design, and the endless possibilities, this is the job for you!

Effectively focus on the technical aspects for the maintenance of the company's websites to ensure optimal stability, functionality, support and performance.

• Maintain the web publishing functionality related to web content initiatives, to ensure that products, catalog and content interfaces and integrations are error free.
• Regular functional and technical FE & BE monitoring and audits to identify, produce reports, table enhancements and resolve any bugs/snags.
• To ensure that administrative duties are executed within the department as per the Company requirements and standard
• Troubleshoot technical issues, provide timely customer feedback, and support the roll-out of new applications.

• Grade 12
• Additional qualifications related to the ecommerce, digital marketing and IT field.
• 1-2 years' work experience as a web administrator and or web functional.
• 1-2 years' Ecommerce platform experience, preferably Adobe Commerce (Magento
  2).
• Comprehensive website knowledge and skills.
• Knowledge of website management, monitoring and performance tools.
• Proficiency in mark-up languages (HTML and CSS).
• Monitor and support various projects to ensure stakeholders satisfaction.
• Ability to perform web application and user testing to determine websites effectiveness.
• Perform routine site audits, as well as ongoing maintenance, on an as-needed basis.
• Ability to provide support, troubleshoot, resolve and report on website technical and usability problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Online digital marketing and SEO basics.
• Relevant SAP exposure.
• Perform well under strict fast pace deadlines.
• Knowledge related to content and catalog management and optimization.
