Where You'll Make an Impact:Architect scalable, cloud-native data platforms using Microsoft Azure technologies, including Azure SQL, Synapse, Cosmos DB, Data Lake, and Databricks.
Lead data modernization projects by replacing legacy systems with agile, cloud-based solutions.
Govern data lifecycle and ensure compliance with POPIA, GDPR, and internal standards.
Enable advanced business intelligence and analytics through Power BI, Azure Analysis Services, and Azure Machine Learning.
Provide architectural guidance for application development and integration, supporting .NET and data solutions.
Champion automation, Dev Ops, and CI/CD pipelines, integrating infrastructure-as-code and automated workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align data architecture with strategic business goals.
Mentor and develop team talent, fostering a high-performance data architecture function.
Maintain data quality, observability, and governance through tools such as Azure Log Analytics, Purview, and Application Insights.
