Release Train Manager

• Lead the integrated delivery system across multiple scrum teams
• Operate the internal technology portfolio office for Digital Business Bank on behalf of the CIO
• Own alignment, flow, dependency management, planning, governance and transparent portfolio insight
• Maintain a single prioritised view of outcomes, funding, capacity, dependencies, risks and decisions
• Facilitate integrated planning and execution across agile teams, platforms and enabling functions
• Run cadences for planning, system reviews, dependency management, risk resolution and continuous improvement
• Coach leaders and teams in lean-agile behaviours, flow, outcome orientation and effective escalation
• Create team autonomy while maintaining alignment to enterprise commitments and controls
• Maintain authoritative portfolio data covering scope, milestones, investment, capacity, dependencies, risks and decisions
• Design lean governance and decision-ready executive reporting
• Coordinate investment planning, portfolio prioritisation, demand shaping and change control with key leaders
• Use delivery data to identify bottlenecks, excessive WIP, ageing, capacity constraints and systemic risks
• Drive resolution of cross-team dependencies and

• Integrate QA, architecture, security and operational assurance into delivery
• Establish the mandate and baseline, publish the operating model and roadmap, improve governance and deliver visible portfolio outcomes in the first year

• Strong scaled-agile and lean portfolio skills
• Mandatory SAFe certification
