About the Role

• Provide technical assistance and support to end-users for computer hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, printers, and other peripherals.
• Respond to help desk tickets, documenting issues and resolutions clearly.
• Assist with network setup, user account management, and software updates.
• Perform basic system maintenance and ensure the security of IT assets.
• Collaborate with senior IT staff on projects and system upgrades.

• Matriculation or equivalent, with a strong interest in information technology.
• Foundational knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and basic networking concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for assisting users.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
