Role description:
We are hiring a Digital Enablement Specialist who wants full ownership of automation design, workflow architecture, AIimplementation, and internal tooling for the company, while actively growing and upskilling inside the role. You get oversightandalignment support from the MD and the broader Enablement team, but you steer your world. If you want a role where you pitch ideasintoa hierarchy and wait for approvals...

- Design and build internal automation workflows across business functions
- Implement and manage AI tools and integrations across teams
- Develop and maintain internal tooling (dashboards, portals,process tools)
- Salesforce development: flows, custom objects, integrations, and reporting
- Power Tools like Power BI reporting and DAX development for operational visibility
- Data infrastructure work: pipelines, database integrations, APIconnections
- Identify automation opportunities and translate them intoshipped solutions
- Experience in automation, digital operations, or systems/toolingroles
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms (e.g.n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar)
- Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python for data and backendtasks
- Salesforce experience advantageous (Flows, SOQL, reporting)
- Power BI or similar BI tooling experience advantageous
- Ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Systems thinker who can spot inefficiency and design scalablefixes
- Excellent High School and University Results
- Professionals preferred – CA’s, BCom LLB
- Experience managing a small/medium sized team advantageous
- Creative and independent thinker with ability to foresee potential problems and find innovative ways to solve them
- Ability to prioritize tasks and organize own work
