A growing IT services company operating within the infrastructure, connectivity, and procurement space is expanding its technical team. This is a lean, focused organisation where skilled people get on with the work without being micromanaged, and where the culture genuinely values both performance and people. Think team events, autonomy, and the kind of environment where your contribution is actually noticed.
The infrastructure team is technically sharp, and quietly excellent at what they do. A new headcount has been created, which means this is not a replacement role but a genuine growth opportunity. The successful candidate will step into a team of four engineers led by a Head of Infrastructure, working on complex, real-world infrastructure environments for a diverse client base.
