Job SummaryProviding expert assistance and solutions for Discovery Group users, including but not limited to Members, Financial Advisors, Health Care Professionals and Employers experiencing technical issues or needing guidance with digital products and/ or services.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues via all digital platforms.
- Provide information and recommendations regarding digital tools/ features, applications, and services.
- Help customers set up, manage, and secure their accounts across various platforms.
- Offer guidance on the use of digital tools/ features and platforms to enhance user experience.
- Log, track, and resolve queries/ incidents related to technology malfunctions and customer concerns.

Matric
Work ExperienceMinimum 1-year Call Centre / Customer Service experience.
