Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate knowledge sharing on new products and solutions.

• Leverage expertise and internal networks to manage, resolve, and prevent information security incidents.

• Capture timesheets and claims accurately and promptly.

• Propose cost-effective security solutions that meet organizational requirements and stay within budget.

• Contribute to negotiations with vendors for new and existing technologies and services.

• Participate in research and development activities related to specific information security technologies.

• Oversee implementation of security changes, assessing for shortcomings and risks.

• Identify, evaluate, and set selection criteria for new security products.

• Assist in the implementation and handover of new security solutions.

• Develop, review, and maintain relevant security processes, procedures, and standards.

• Support the achievement of business strategies, objectives, and core values.

• Foster skills development and knowledge sharing across teams.

• Provide technical mentoring to junior staff.

• Contribute to defining career streams and role requirements within the security domain.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of 10+ years in information security, with a strong background in banking, financial services, fintech, or IT.

• Solid understanding of security protocols and practices.

• Experience in building relationships with diverse stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

• Excellent problem-solving and incident management skills.

• Strong technical knowledge including familiarity with TCP/IP, R, and programming in
  
  C.

• Analytical skills with a focus on data analysis.

• Effective communication and writing abilities.
