Strategic leadership role responsible for global sourcing, procurement strategy, and supplier management across chemical and direct materials.

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategy
• Manage supplier relationships and contract negotiations
• Drive cost optimisation and procurement efficiencies
• Ensure supply continuity and risk mitigation
• Lead and develop sourcing and procurement teams
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and manufacturing teams
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance
• Implement governance, compliance, and best practices

• Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years procurement / sourcing experience
• Experience in chemicals, manufacturing, or mining sectors
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Proven leadership experience in global environments
• Strong commercial and analytical skills
• Experience managing supplier risk and global supply chains
• Knowledge of procurement systems and processes
