The iStore Elevate Graduate Programme is a 12-month paid development programme designed to identify, develop, and accelerate talented graduates who aspire to become future leaders within the iStore.

We are looking for 10 exceptional graduates from leading South African universities who are passionate about retail, technology, customer experience, and business operations.

Throughout the programme, you will gain hands‑on experience through structured rotations across multiple areas of the iStore business, providing a comprehensive understanding of how a world‑class retail organisation operates.
