Supply Chain Finance Manager

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with overarching business goals.
• Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
• Manage demand forecasts and enhance forecast accuracy.
• Coordinate procurement and replenishment plans to meet demand efficiently.
• Oversee inventory levels, including slow-moving and obsolete stock, ensuring optimal stock management.
• Negotiate supplier contracts and monitor supplier performance to ensure continuity of supply.
• Ensure timely and full deliveries, while optimizing transport costs and service levels.
• Supervise receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch operations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and compliance with safety standards.
• Oversee the supply chain budget and working capital.
• Lead, develop, and coach the supply chain team to achieve departmental goals.

• Matric and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CIMA, ACCA, CPA, or CA(SA).
• 7–10 years of experience in finance.
• At least 3 years of experience working within a supply chain or manufacturing environment.

• Strong understanding of FMCG industry dynamics.
• Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
