Key Responsibilities
Develop, negotiate, review, execute, and administer supplier contracts.
Manage the full contract lifecycle including renewals and amendments.
Support sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiations.
Build supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance.
Maintain contract records and enable contracts in ERP systems.
Compile monthly reports and analyse contract performance.
Ensure governance, compliance, SOX adherence, and risk mitigation.
