• Intrinsic and Extrinsic Control:

• Process Improvement:
  Participate in research activities aimed at enhancing existing processes for better efficiency and quality
• Workflow Understanding:
  Gain insights into production workflows and support operations within the cluster to ensure seamless processes

• Maintain a satisfactory academic record and be in the final year of a relevant tertiary qualification (National Diploma in Food Technology/Analytical Chemistry, BSc Biotechnology)
• Provide proof of South African citizenship
• Demonstrate basic computer literacy
• Show strong communication and presentation skills
• Manage time effectively and handle pressure efficiently
