About the Role
Our client seeks a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Specialist to manage and enhance their operational efficiency in Sandton . This role is central to ensuring the seamless flow of goods, from procurement to final delivery. You will be involved in coordinating transportation, managing warehouse activities, optimizing inventory, and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve logistical goals. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of supply chain processes and excels in a fast-paced, hands‑on operational environment, contributing to the company's competitive edge through superior logistics management.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and oversee daily logistics operations, including transportation and warehousing activities.
- Manage relationships with carriers, suppliers, and other logistics partners to ensure service level agreements are met.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in the implementation of stock management strategies.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all shipping and receiving documentation.
