Position: Cleaner (JHB-Fourways)
About the Role A well-established national organisation in the automotive and distribution industry is seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join its team. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic working environment across office, warehouse and staff facilities.
The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, have a strong attention to detail, and be committed to maintaining high housekeeping standards.

Key Responsibilities

Clean offices, meeting rooms, reception areas and common spaces.
Sweep, mop, vacuum and polish floors.
Clean and sanitise kitchens, canteens and ablution facilities.
Empty bins and dispose of waste according to company procedures.
Replenish consumables such as soap, toilet paper and paper towels.
Dust and wipe furniture, windows, doors and other surfaces.
Maintain cleanliness in warehouse walkways and designated areas.
Report maintenance issues or health and safety concerns.
Ensure cleaning equipment and materials are used and stored correctly.
Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 with mathematics literacy.
Previous cleaning experience in a commercial, warehouse or office environment.
Physically fit and able to perform manual cleaning duties.
Good understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Reliable, honest and trustworthy.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good time management skills.
Willingness to work overtime when required.
