• Clean and sanitize office spaces, lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment, and vacuum/mop floors throughout the properties.
• Empty all trash and recycling bins, ensuring proper disposal.
• Replenish restroom supplies and maintain tidiness in common areas.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools safely.
• Report any building maintenance needs or safety concerns to property management.

• Previous experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning.
