Advanced Cleaning Technician

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Advanced Cleaning Technician to perform specialized cleaning and maintenance tasks in demanding environments within Sandton . This role requires expertise in using advanced cleaning equipment and techniques to tackle complex cleaning challenges, such as high-level window cleaning, specialized floor care, or sanitization in sensitive areas. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality results, adhering to strict safety protocols, and contributing to the overall maintenance and presentation of premium properties.

The successful candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a specialized team.

• Operate and maintain advanced cleaning machinery, including high-pressure washers, floor buffers, and industrial vacuums.
• Perform specialized cleaning tasks such as deep cleaning of carpets, upholstery, and hard surfaces.
• Execute high-level cleaning procedures, potentially including facade cleaning or specialized equipment sanitization.
• Strictly adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations, including the correct use of PPE.
• Conduct routine inspections of work areas to identify and address any cleaning or maintenance needs.
• Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, supplies used, and equipment maintenance in Sandton .

• Proven experience as an Advanced or Specialist Cleaning Technician.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining a wide range of specialized cleaning equipment.
• Certification in relevant areas such as working at heights, chemical handling, or specialized cleaning techniques is highly desirable.
