• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the early learning center, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, licensing, and accreditation standards.
• Develop and manage the center s budget, ensuring financial sustainability and growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, providing excellent customer service and support.

• Bachelor s degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in managing early learning or childcare centers.
• Strong understanding of child development, pedagogy, and curriculum design.
• Proven experience in staff management, financial oversight, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
