Senior Early Childhood Center Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Early Childhood Center Manager to lead their flagship center in Sandton . This leadership role involves overseeing all operational aspects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational programs, and managing staff effectively. You will be responsible for fostering a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that supports the holistic development of young children.

This hybrid position requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills, capable of balancing administrative duties with active engagement within the center and the wider community in the Gauteng province.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the early childhood center, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of early childhood educators and support staff.
• Develop and implement innovative educational programs and curriculum enhancements.
• Oversee admissions, parent communications, and community outreach initiatives.

• Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Educational Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 4 years in a management or leadership capacity.
• Proven track record of successful center management and staff leadership.
