Overview
Our facility in Letsitele, Limpopo, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the full spectrum of operational, quality, and maintenance functions within our production environment.
Responsibilities- Oversee and manage all daily operations within the production facility, ensuring efficient workflow and operational discipline.
- Manage facility and equipment maintenance through proactive planning, ensuring reliability and minimal downtime.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in operations or production management within a manufacturing or biological/agricultural environment.
- Experience in biological production, insect rearing, or controlled-environment facilities will be highly beneficial.
