About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Production Team Lead to guide and support their manufacturing teams in Sandton . This role involves overseeing the daily activities of a production unit, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations. You will act as a key liaison between production staff and management, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.

This hybrid role requires on-site presence to effectively lead the team while allowing for some remote coordination of reporting and planning tasks, serving operations in the Gauteng region.

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of production operators to achieve performance goals.
• Ensure daily production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Monitor work processes, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss production progress, safety updates, and operational improvements.
• Maintain accurate production records and assist in scheduling and resource allocation, balancing on-site supervision with remote administrative tasks.

• Previous experience in a production supervision or team leadership role within manufacturing.
