About the Role

Our client is looking for a results-oriented Industrial Engineer specializing in Operations to join their team in Sandton. You will be instrumental in identifying areas for improvement, designing optimized workflows, and implementing solutions that drive productivity and cost savings. • Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Design and implement improved production processes, workflows, and facility layouts.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools to drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct time studies and capacity planning to optimize resource utilization.
• Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a strong focus on operations or manufacturing.
• Proficiency in process mapping, simulation, and data analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing concepts and tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
