Program Evaluator

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Program Evaluator to join their team in Sandton . You will be responsible for designing evaluation frameworks, collecting and analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to inform program development and strategic decision-making.

• Design and implement comprehensive program evaluation plans and methodologies.
• Develop data collection tools, such as surveys, interviews, and focus group guides.
• Collect, manage, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data related to program outcomes and impact.
• Prepare clear and concise evaluation reports, including findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
• Present evaluation results to program staff, management, and stakeholders.
• Monitor program implementation and identify areas for improvement based on evaluation findings.

• Proven experience in program evaluation , research, or data analysis within the non-profit or social impact sector.
• Strong understanding of evaluation principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R) and data visualization tools.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Public Policy, or a related field.
