Key Responsibilities- Design and execute complex research projects focused on new chemical synthesis and material development.
- Develop and optimize laboratory-scale processes, troubleshoot experimental challenges, and interpret scientific data.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including process engineers and product developers, to translate research findings into viable applications.
- Author technical reports, research papers, and patent applications.

- Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of post-doctoral or industrial research experience.
- Proven track record in synthetic chemistry, catalysis, or materials science.
- Expertise in advanced analytical techniques (e.g., NMR, Mass Spectrometry, Chromatography).
- Strong understanding of chemical engineering principles for scale-up considerations.
- Excellent scientific judgment, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and lead research efforts.
