Media Sales Account Manager

A South African media solutions company providing dynamic brand and marketing.

We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Account Manager to join a high-performing sales team and drive revenue through integrated radio, digital and experiential advertising solutions.

• Drive new business through proactive prospecting, networking and direct sales.
• Build and grow strong relationships with clients, agencies and key decision-makers.
• Sell integrated advertising solutions and develop tailored campaign proposals.
• Manage your portfolio, pipeline and campaigns from brief through to execution.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Identify new revenue opportunities through market, competitor and client research.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
• Execute Admin Functions.

• Experience in media/agency sales (preferably 3-4 years).
• A strong track record in new business development and closing deals.
• Confident communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Resilience, persistence and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
• Strong client relationship-management skills.
• A proactive, self-starter mentality with a passion for winning and delivering results.
