I’m recruiting for a high-impact senior software role within a South African organisation that is transforming its core digital platform.

This role offers the chance to work across cloud, backend, and frontend technologies
, while helping define engineering standards and technical direction in a growing, forward‑thinking team.

In this role, you will:

• Design and build scalable backend services using C#/.NET and Node.js
• Develop and maintain modern web applications using React / Next.js
• Build and consume secure APIs and integrate with identity and third‑party services
• Work with AWS to deliver cloud‑native, event‑driven solutions
• Support sales and contact‑centre integrations
  , including Amazon Connect
• Improve system reliability, performance, and observability
• Contribute to architecture decisions
  , technical standards, and best practices
• Mentor other engineers and help raise overall code quality

• Strong senior‑level experience with C#/.NET and Type Script
• Hands‑on experience building systems on AWS
• Experience with microservices and event‑driven architectures
• Someone comfortable taking ownership and influencing technical decisions
• A pragmatic engineer who values clean, maintainable code
