Solution Architect; Java Backend Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with strong Java backend experience to design and deliver robust, scalable, and efficient application systems. The role is responsible for aligning technical solutions with business strategy while optimising resource utilisation and ensuring architectural excellence across the organisation.

• Design and implement end-to-end application and solution architectures aligned to business objectives
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions
• Drive architectural design decisions across multiple systems and platforms
• Ensure optimal resource utilisation, system performance, and reliability
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT to ensure successful solution delivery
• Enforce adherence to architecture governance, standards, and best practices
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the technology landscape

• Proven experience in Solution Architecture / Systems Design
• Strong hands‑on experience in Java backend development (Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, microservices)
• Java Development with J2EE and/or Springboot knowledge (Advanced)
• Solid understanding of system integration patterns and distributed systems
• Experience in designing enterprise-level applications
