Job SummaryDesign, develop, test, and maintain Salesforce solutions that support business processes, improve user experience, and enable scalable digital initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and security settings.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
- Build automation using Flow, Process Builder (where applicable), and Apex triggers.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
- Develop and execute unit tests to maintain required code coverage.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, administrators, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in release management, deployment activities, and Dev Ops processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years Salesforce development experience (adjust based on seniority).
- Strong knowledge of:
Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Visualforce SOQL/SOSL Salesforce Flows Salesforce Security Model Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs. - Experience using Git and CI/CD pipelines.
