The Monocle Tech Graduate Programme is a 12-month opportunity designed for recent graduates who are passionate about technology and innovation. You’ll gain hands‑on experience in agile project delivery, Dev Ops practices, and cutting‑edge technologies driving digital transformation in financial services. The programme provides exposure to real‑world projects and may lead to permanent placement within Monocle’s Technology Division based on your performance and growth.
Responsibilities- Support agile project teams in developing technology‑driven solutions
- Apply software development and data engineering tools in real projects
- Contribute to system design, data analysis, and process automation
- Collaborate with teams to solve complex business and technology problems
- Demonstrate initiative, curiosity, and commitment to continuous learning
- Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related technical field
- Strong academic record with evidence of high performance
- Knowledge of Python, Java, SQL, Git, cloud platforms, and ETL frameworks
- Understanding of APIs, microservices, and scalable system design
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
