Reports to:
Head of Product / Technology
Lead the engineering team building the e-Rele platform.
Responsibilities- Lead and mentor front-end and back-end developers
- Own architecture and code quality standards
- Plan and deliver sprints
- Own release and incident processes
- Work with product on scope and estimates
- 5+ years software engineering, some in a lead role
- Strong React and PostgreSQL experience
- Experience with serverless or edge functions
- Good grasp of security and authentication
- Clear communicator
