TechnicalSkills:
- Salesforce financial services cloud
Java development experience
Apex, lightning web components (LWC) and salesforce flowREST/SOAP APIs, platform events and change data capture
Salesforce DX, CLI and source-driven development and deployment pipelines
- 6+ years of software development experience, with meaningful salesforce platform exposure
Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology Experience designing and delivering complex salesforce solutions end-to-end Ability to lead salesforce architecture, make technical decisions and explain them to engineers, architects and business stakeholders
Experience in regulated or financial services environments is advantageous
Passion for mentoring developers and driving engineering standards and best practices
- Lead architectural decisions and enhance the salesforce insurance platform
- Develop policy lifecycle management, claims processing and client relationship management capabilities
- Integrate policy administration, claims intake, adjudication and payment processing systems
- Build and maintain complex Apex logic, LWC and salesforce flows
- Ensure platform scalability and reliability as the business grows
- Mentor junior and intermediate developers
- Evaluate and introduce Salesforce capabilities to advance the platform
Reference number for this position is GZ61558 which is a permanent position based in Sandton offering a cost to company salary of R1.6m per annum negotiable on experience and ability.
