• Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
• Java Development experience
• Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Flow
• REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events and Change Data Capture
• Salesforce DX, CLI and source-driven development and deployment pipelines

• 6+ years of software development experience, with meaningful Salesforce platform exposure
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology
• Experience designing and delivering complex Salesforce solutions end-to-end
• Ability to lead Salesforce architecture, make technical decisions and explain them to engineers, architects and business stakeholders
• Experience in regulated or financial services environments is advantageous
• Passion for mentoring developers and driving engineering standards and best practices

• Lead architectural decisions and enhance the Salesforce Insurance platform
• Develop policy lifecycle management, claims processing and client relationship management capabilities
• Integrate policy administration, claims intake, adjudication and payment processing systems
• Build and maintain complex Apex logic, LWC and Salesforce Flows
• Ensure platform scalability and reliability as the business grows
• Mentor junior and intermediate developers
• Evaluate and introduce Salesforce capabilities to advance the platform
