About the Role

Our client is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join their team as Aircraft Cabin Crew based in Sandton . As a flight attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during flights, providing exceptional service, and upholding the airline's standards. This role requires a commitment to safety, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic, travel-oriented environment.

You will be the face of the airline, creating a positive travel experience for every passenger.

• Perform pre-flight safety checks and ensure cabin readiness.
• Welcome and assist passengers, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the flight.
• Deliver safety demonstrations and provide clear instructions in case of emergencies.
• Serve food and beverages, and respond to passenger requests courteously and efficiently.
• Maintain cabin cleanliness and tidiness during and after flights.
• Handle passenger concerns and issues with professionalism and empathy.
• Adhere to all airline policies and aviation regulations regarding cabin safety and service.

• Completed high school education or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
• A passion for customer service and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Physical fitness and ability to perform duties requiring standing for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to undergo required training and background checks for the aviation industry.
