Store Keeper

Your Tasks:

• Maintain a safe working environment by complying with Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) procedures.
• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Process customer orders efficiently and ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage goods receiving, picking, packing, and dispatchactivities to ensure accuracy and minimise stock damage.
• Conduct quality inspections on incoming and outgoinggoods and raise quality defect reports where necessary.
• Receive, inspect, unpack, and accurately record goods inthe ERP system.
• Process stock withdrawals and maintain accurate inventoryrecords and warehouse documentation.
• Organise and support regular stock takes and inventoryreconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, standard sand operational requirements.
• Drive Standard Work practices and a "Right First Time"quality culture.
• Ensure products are delivered to customers on time and inline with quality expectations.

• Matric (Grade 12).
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a warehouse, stores,logistics, or supply chain environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, receiving, storage, and dispatch processes.
• Strong administrative and record-keeping skills.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience will be advantageous.
• Good organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
