Inventory Controller

Our client is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Controller to manage stock levels at their facility in Sandton . This role is crucial for maintaining accurate inventory records, optimizing stock levels, and ensuring the efficient flow of materials into and out of the warehouse. You will play a key part in minimizing stockouts and overstock situations, contributing to overall operational efficiency and cost savings.

This position offers a blend of on-site responsibilities and potential for remote oversight, within one of Gauteng's prime business districts.

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using the company's inventory management system.
• Conduct regular stocktakes and cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder points, ensuring timely replenishment of materials.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
• Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with procurement and production teams to forecast demand and plan inventory needs.

• Proven experience as an Inventory Controller , Warehouse Administrator, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform physical stock counts and manage warehouse operations effectively.
