We are hiring an Entry Level Staff Accountant (also referred to as Senior Accountant
) to join our Shared Accounting Services team. This role involves financial accounting activities for the regional accounting functions, ensuring compliance with GAAP and contributing to accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Utilize JD Edwards and/or Oracle accounting software to maintain records and prepare reports.
• Conduct monthly reporting, including analysis and reconciliation of balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
• Reconcile bank statements and conduct cash flow analysis.
• Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal tax regulations.
• Use advanced Excel skills to analyze financial data and create financial models for decision‑making.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 1 year of experience in an accounting role or internship.
• Solid understanding of GAAP, financial statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Proficiency in JD Edwards and Oracle.
• Strong experience in monthly reporting, preparing entries, and reconciling financials.
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas, functions, pivot tables, charts.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from an accredited four‑year college or university.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in public accounting, or combination of public accounting and industry experience.
• Previous experience with Oracle-based products (JD Edwards and/or Essbase) is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat (PDF).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding problem‑solving, analytical, and time‑management abilities.
• Confidence in seeking clarification and asking questions, positive attitude, strong work ethic.
• Exceptionally organized and detail‑oriented, capacity to multitask in fast‑paced environment.
