Client Service Professional / Receptionist – Seasonal

As a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients. You will help clients feel welcomed, match them with the appropriate tax professional, and ensure all their needs are met, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually.

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule appointments as clients prefer
• Help ensure all client needs are met during service
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
• Sales/marketing experience is a plus
• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
• Previous customer service experience
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask effectively
