The Lube and Tire Technician, also called General Service Tech, is an entry‑level automotive technician position. Starting on day one you will begin a comprehensive mechanical training program covering all aspects of your new role. As a General Service Technician you will perform maintenance services on guest vehicles and help deliver 5‑Star guest experiences.

Pay is based on experience plus incentives (if applicable).

• Keyholder duties: supervision of shop while Store Manager is not working, running end‑of‑day paperwork and cash handling, acting as assistant to the store manager.
• Mechanic duties: changing, mounting and installing tires; wheel removal, tire repair and balancing; tire patch/plug repairs; quick lube tasks such as lubrication and oil change; inspecting and rotating tires; basic automotive maintenance such as battery installation.
• Training will include alignments, brake services, and scheduled maintenance.

The hourly range for this role is $16 - $17 based on experience. The position is eligible for additional compensation and incentives. Pay will be determined based on experience level.

• Minimum Qualifications:
  • HS diploma or GED equivalent
  • Automotive experience
  • Own basic set of mechanic tools or participate in tool purchase program
  • Valid driver license
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Positive attitude and collaborative mindset
  • Ability to work with hands, overhead, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Automotive Technician or Lube and Tire experience
