Always Best Care Senior Services - Cleveland South is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Caregiver in Brunswick, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for providing care and support to elderly clients in their homes, ensuring their safety, dignity, and overall well-being. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our senior clients and their families.

• Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Help with daily tasks, such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
• Escort clients to appointments, social events, and other outings
• Monitor and report any changes in clients  physical or mental health to the appropriate parties
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families
• Follow all protocols and procedures set by Always Best Care Senior Services and communicate any concerns or issues to the team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including care plans and progress notes

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience, preferably with seniors
• Valid driver s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy nature
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with transferring clients
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays if needed
