Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – PRN, Behavioral Health
Location: Sandusky, OH
Pay:$32.00 /hr plus $3 shift differential if applicable
Schedule: Part-Time / PRN (as needed)

As a CNA, you’ll be part of a mission-driven team providing long-term care, rehab, memory care, and end-of-life support to those who served. We welcome CNAs and STNAs who bring compassion, respect, and dedication to their work.

Help residents with movement, meals, and daily care

Take and record vital signs

Provide basic first aid and CPR when needed

Keep resident rooms and common areas clean and safe

Escort residents to appointments and social activities

Join in recreational activities and provide companionship

Support a calm, caring environment

Attend team trainings and meetings

Must be listed on the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry (or meet equivalent requirements)

CPR certification from AHA or ARC

Ability to read, write, and do basic math
