Job Description ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Manager will be accountable for handling internal communication, external communication, maintaining positive relationships, recruiting, managing leave administration, and conducting a radiant training program.
Qualifications- You are an expert in an HR admin role with 8 years of experience.
- You are experienced in Federal and State laws applicable to wages, hours, working conditions, safety, labor relations, and related areas.
- You hold PHR or SPHR certification.
- You are excellent in providing advice, interpretation and counsel to management and employees.
- You adopt a proactive approach to maintain constructive and productive relationships with the union.
