Shift Supervisor | Manufacturing | 2nd Shift

We are seeking a 2nd Shift Production Lead to help oversee daily manufacturing operations and provide hands‑on leadership to a team of up to approximately 10 employees. This position is ideal for someone with previous manufacturing leadership experience who is comfortable keeping employees engaged, monitoring production throughout the shift and making sure daily production goals stay on track. Core shift hours are approximately 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, although the Lead should expect to work additional time before or after the shift as production needs require.

• Oversee and support employees throughout the shift
• Monitor production progress and help keep work moving according to schedule
• Assign or coordinate workloads based on daily production needs
• Maintain and update the production schedule board throughout the shift
• Keep employees engaged, productive and focused on department goals
• Communicate production concerns, employee performance issues and other shift information to management
• Provide accurate documentation that may be used by management during employee performance reviews or corrective action
• Participate as a witness during corrective action meetings when needed
• Communicate shift updates, production concerns and outstanding issues to management

Qualified candidates should have previous experience leading employees and managing workloads within a manufacturing or factory environment. Previous Team Lead, Line Lead, Production Lead, Assistant Supervisor or Production Supervisor experience may be considered.
