Industrial Mixer

Cardinal Staffing is currently hiring an INDUSTRIAL MIXER OPERATOR in Sandusky. as a mixer operator, you will work with a leading manufacturer of high quality liquid pigment systems and intermediates.

• Operate industrial mixing equipment to blend raw materials according to established formulas and production specifications.
• Accurately measure, weigh, and add materials while maintaining proper batch quantities and quality standards.
• Monitor mixing times, temperatures, and equipment operation to ensure consistent product quality.
• Perform quality checks and make adjustments as needed to meet product specifications.
• Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies when handling materials and operating machinery.
• Inspect, clean, and maintain mixing equipment and work areas to prevent contamination and equipment issues.
• Complete production records, batch documentation, and other required paperwork accurately.
• Work closely with production and quality-control teams to keep batches on schedule and resolve issues.

• Mixing experience preferred
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50#'s several times throughout your day
• Ability to withstand stronger smells and a dusty environment consistency in work history
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background & drug screen

$16.50 Plus $1 shift differential for 3rd shift

Sun. night thru Thurs. night 10pm-6am
