• Implement the nursing process with patients including carrying out physician's orders regarding diet, medication and treatment in accordance with Firelands standards of care.
• Perform assessments; monitor and ensure quality care through observation and evaluation; document nursing interventions on care plans, medical records, and report findings to physicians as needed.
• Instruct patients, staff, and family members regarding treatments, nursing plans and related patient care directed towards a safe discharge.
• Respond to emergencies; maintain availability of medications and supplies; ensure cleanliness of equipment and environment.
• Demonstrate service excellence and act as an ambassador and advocate for FRMC.

• Must have a current Ohio RN license and CPR prior to patient care experience.
• Current ACLS and Basic EKG required or obtained within 6 months of hire and remain current.
• PCCN certification preferred within 2 years in area of expertise.
• Excellent organizational, customer service skills, and computer proficiency are a must.
