Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – PRN
Location: Georgetown, OH
Pay: $44.00/hr plus $3 shift differential if applicable
Schedule: Part-Time / PRN (as needed)

Provide hands-on nursing care to older adult patients

Take vital signs and document care

Help with daily tasks like dressing, bathing, and eating

Give prescribed medications and monitor reactions

Assist doctors during exams and treatments

Support and educate families on patient care

Promote comfort and quality of life, including end-of-life care

Participate in care planning with the medical team

Keep clear and accurate patient records

Follow all safety policies and care procedures

High school diploma or GED

Graduate of an accredited LPN program

Active and unrestricted Ohio LPN license

BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross
